Freejump Soft'Up Pro Stirrups Black/Icy Grey

Safety, shock absorption, performance and responsible innovation.

The next generation of the iconic SOFT'UP range, the new SOFT'UP PRO stirrups bring enhanced comfort alongside sustainability and a customisable design, all while keeping riders safer.

Safety
Freejump has led the way in technical safety stirrups since 2005, and the Soft'Up range offers the best safety of any stirrup on the market. Every element of the design has been engineered with one goal in mind: getting the rider's foot free, fast, when it matters most.

• The flexible, open Elastollan® outer branch is engineered to open under pressure, so the foot can release quickly and cleanly in the event of a fall, rather than becoming trapped.
• The main branch is shaped to let the foot release smoothly, without creating a hooking effect that could catch the boot and drag the rider.
• The bottom of the outer branch is reinforced to withstand the sudden forces exerted by the foot during a sharp turn or an awkward, unbalanced movement, so the stirrup holds its shape when the rider needs it most.
• The angled eye keeps the stirrup correctly oriented on the leather, providing balance that helps secure the rider's position in the saddle and supports a more stable, confident seat.

Together, these features mean the stirrup is designed to work with the rider's foot in both everyday riding and the split-second moments that matter, reducing the risk of a foot becoming caught during a fall.

Shock absorption and performance
The spring steel single-branch structure absorbs up to 30% of the forces exerted on the stirrups, paired with a cushioning elastomer that acts as a genuine shock absorption system, easing strain on the rider's joints and the horse's back.

The offset centre of gravity naturally encourages a heel-down position, boosting stability and balance.

Sustainability and customisation
Thanks to its manufacturing design, the new SOFT'UP PRO combines durability and repairability and is 100% recyclable, delivering reliable performance, a long service life, and meeting our high standards for eco-responsibility.

The metal studs guarantee optimal grip and can be replaced to renew that grip over time.
