Terms of service

These are standard terms and conditions, designed in principle to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

When you register your details you must:

  • Give accurate and current personal details.
  • Be over 18 or have the permission of a parent/guardian.
  • Agree that email can be used as a means of communication.
  • During the registration process choose a username and password, which remains your responsibility and should not be disclosed to anyone.
  • All details are protected by the data protection act.

We will not share your details with any third parties. We will send you newsletters which you can easily opt out of receiving- but you risk missing out on special offers! Our website contains cookies, so we can try to avoid bombarding you with useless ideas.

Orders:
All orders are subject to availability- we try to keep the stock levels accurate but at busy time this may not be possible. We are a physical shop and stock is displayed on the shop floor, so may have been on display, before finding it’s way to you. It will be new, but may not be in original packaging. It will always be in mint condition, with tags.

Out is stock items:

If we do not have the item you have ordered in stock, we will let you know as soon as we can - normally the same working day. We may offer an alternative but we will not substitute your order without your permission.

If an item is back ordered we will inform you of an approximate delivery date as soon as possible - but this should always be within 2 working days 

If the item is not in stock, we will advise you of a delivery date  as soon as possible - but this should always be within 2 working days of your order. We will also let you know if there is an alternative option. If the delivery date is not to your timetable, please advise us within 7 days of receiving the delivery date, so we can cancel the order.

Order Process:
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email-please check that the details are correct, if not, please advise us ASAP, if you have advised before shipment, we will amend the order, if the order has been dispatched, please return it to us once you have received it.

Under the consumer contracts regulations you are entitled to a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days. You can cancel the transaction within that period and receive a full refund (see below), if the items are returned in their original packing, with labels still attached, unused, unsoiled and unworn. You must however notify us in writing (email or letter). This does not apply to custom made/bespoke items.

If the item is not in stock, we will advise you of a delivery date within 5 days of your order, if we know the date sooner, we will let you know sooner. We will also let you know if there is an alternative option. If the delivery date is not to your timetable, please advise us within 14 days of receiving the delivery date, so we can cancel the order.

At the time of dispatch, we will email you so you know when to expect it. Goods will be sent to the address given at the time of order. We will endeavour to send everything together, but if anything is delayed you may get more than 1 delivery.
