Competition horse tail ribbons, clearly indicate to other riders/ organisers, information about the horse, which could help avoid unnecessary incidents. Made from luxury satin polyester with durable secure clip to back, to easily attach the the tail. Can be worn on plaited or unplaited tails. 

Blue ribbon: If you have a stallion, it good practise to use this ribbon. It avoids mares get too close!

Green ribbon: Perfect for a young or inexperienced horse, such as it’s first competition, you can highlight their age/ experience easily. Other riders can give you more room in the warm up, so you and your horse have a good experience.

Pink Ribbon: Warning to other riders that the mare is in season or moody, to highlight to Stallion riders and competitors to keep their distance.

Red Ribbon: This is probably the most well known ribbon and a warning to other riders that the horse might kick, so they should keep a good distance.

White Ribbon: This ribbon is to indicate the horse is for sale. It’s a great way to advertise your horse at a show or event. Also if you’re looking for a new horse, you can easily see which horses are available to buy at an event.
